Sunday Spotlight #1

To kickstart our new series, Sunday Spotlight, we have our very own Grace Gabel (Speakers Coordinator Exec) and her co-worker, Doris Zeng. They have been lean manufacturing engineering interns at Martinrea Alfield this past summer.

In this talk, Grace and Doris casually discuss their experiences in engineering and how their closest friends and family supported them as women in STEM. They also discuss their experiences as undergrads in university, with their professors and the importance of seeing representation in people of power.
